Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Make outbound calls or send emails on all leads due for follow up and nurture clients in accordance with the project objective.
Capture, record, and report on new leads as and when they land.
Manage agreed inboxes to process client communication for the nurturing process and action.
Liaise with our clients’ outlets to receive and action qualified leads.
Follow up on leads as and when due.
Candidate Requirements/ Experience:
Attention to detail
Diligence
Ability to do repetitive work
World-class telephone etiquette and above average pronunciation of English language.
